Assessment and Coaching – Targeted Solutions

Our Assessment is a low cost, low risk opportunity.  It can be done onsite or remotely. If onsite, we spend no more than two days with your team at a significantly reduced cost. At the completion you are provided an action plan and a targeted coaching plan. You can attempt to implement the action plan yourself or we can assist you in your improvement path. We do not believe in pre-packaged solutions but develop a plan that targets your key areas for improvement only. This reduces our client cost and allows them to target specific areas.
