About Us

T-Bis, Inc. (Technology – Integration Specialists) was founded as a service-based organization to assist corporate and retail clients in their effort to align people, processes, and technology (PPT) for process stability and financial improvement. Our passion is assisting clients help themselves.

We believe each client has their own answers but through understanding, simplification, and coaching they can be brought forth successfully. Those concepts can then be structured into a solution that promotes process stability and long-term growth aligned with those objectives. This can be provided via a consultative funnel or by providing technology solutions directly.

  • We have over 40 years of automotive dealership and corporate experience that allows us to have a unique perspective from our competitors.

  • 20 years of experience in developing and implementing retailer facing technology tools.

  • Extensive experience operating as project managers on technology and business integration initiatives.

  • Experience in taking business requirements and converting them to a business specification for a development supplier while minimizing cost and scope creep.

  • Familiarity with the Dealer Management Systems of Reynolds& Reynolds, ADP and DealerTrack and integrating into those platforms.

  • Familiarity with the existing automotive technology landscape of DMS applications and agnostic bolt-on solutions.

  • Successful management of technology initiatives and well as training initiatives for OEM’s.
