DART is a series of web-based applications designed to better align in-dealership technologies with the parent OEM brand service processes to drive improvement and sustainability in customer satisfaction and business growth initiatives.
DART MPI (Multipoint Inspection) can be accessed by any computer terminal in the dealership. Unlike a cumbersome paper process, the DART MPI is an automated inspection that is seamless by integrating with the Dealership Management System (DMS). Through the use of technology personnel can be held accountable for consistent and thorough inspections performed on service vehicles.
Items identified during the inspection process are immediately communicated to the service advisors via email or text message to improve efficiency and communication both internally and with the customer. The customer is then provided a clean printed copy of their inspection for service delivery. DART Reporting provides metrics that enable management to hold personnel accountable for performance. Technician performance in up selling repairs and advisor closing ratios are all presented to management for accountability and improvement.
